- The rental period is from 10:00 AM to 18:00 PM.
- ID is required.
- For electric bicycle, we require a deposit of € 50,00. Paid in cash (No PIN)
- Renter is expected to have received the rented bicycle in good condition. Letter is expected to have delivered the bicycle in good condition.
- Renter is therefore responsible for any damage to the rented bicycle and is to pay both the cost of repair as well as the necessairy replacement of the damaged parts.
- The lessor is at all times empowered to call in het hired object after supposed misuse.
- In case of loss of the bicycle key € 5,00 will be charged to the renter.
- The letter is at all times entitled to recoup his claim on the renter for the rent and/or any possible compensation from any possible deposit, without prejudice to his right to recoup the total amount due from the renter.
- In case of theft renter is responable for the current value of the bicycle, loss of rent not being included.
- The renter shall look after the rented bicycle wiht due care and attention.
- Renter is fully liable to damage caused to third parties.
- If the bicycle is returned before the date agreed upon the full rent is to be paid.
